Abstract: For a given link diagram D, Khovanov and Rozansky defined a two variable link polynomial KhR(D)(t,q) using a homological theory of matrix factorizations. This polynomial KhR(D)(t,q) recovers a specialized HOMFLY polynomial of D by specializing t to -1. For a generalization of the specialized HOMFLY polynomial, called a specialized colored HOMFLY polynomial, I defined a new link polynomial CKhR(D)(t,q) which recovers the specialized colored HOMFLY polynomial of D.

In the first part of my talk, we will recall Jones polynomial, the specialized HOMFLY polynomial and the specialized colored HOMFLY polynomial as a quantum link invariant and Khovanov polynomial Kh(D)(t,q) which recovers Jones polynomial.

In the second part of my talk, I will explain a construction of KhR(D)(t,q) and CKhR(D)(t,q).
