In the first half of the talk, I will recall some properties of smooth cubic hypersurfaces of dimension 3 and 4 from a Hodge theoretic and from a derived category perspective. I will also introduce arithmetically Cohen-Macaulay (aCM) vector bundles and I will present some constructions of moduli spaces of stable aCM bundles on cubic hypersurfaces that exhibit their relation with the Hodge and the derived category perspective. In the second part of the talk I will concentrate on the details about how to construct aCM bundles on cubic threefolds via wall-crossing and a birational construction of the hyperkaehler manifold constructed by Lehn-Lehn-Sorger-van Straten. This is a joint work with Emanuele Macrì and Paolo Stellari. |
