Abstract: A "module'' over a Poisson manifold P could be a Poisson map to P from a symplectic manifold, a vector bundle over P with a flat contravariant connection, or a vector space with a representation of the Poisson algebra of functions on P.

I will discuss the relations between these notions and raise some questions, in particular that of whether there is a reasonable definition of "projective module''.

The talk will be essentially a (selective) survey of work on this subject, with some new questions raised.
