Here we discuss the mesonic dark matter, especially realizing recently proposed SIMP scheme, in which Wess-Zumino-Witten term is responsible for thermal freeze-out. Two important topics would be visited. As a thermal contact with the Standard Model sector, it is argued that kinetic mixing between dark U(1) and hypercharge U(1) is plausible. This is essential in order to prevent dark matter from being heated up. We also discuss the perturbativity issue, which might be resolved by dark U(1) interaction with dark matter. |
