Inflation has become an integrated part of the standard cosmology thanks to recent progress in cosmological observations. However, there still remain many unknowns about inflation. In this talk, I mention a few interesting observational results that may be primordial signals from inflation. In particular, I advocate an idea that the recently detected black hole binaries are primordial in their origin, and the rapidly developing field of gravitational wave astronomy/astrophysics may provide clues about the nature of inflation. |
