Abstract: Galaxies are not uniformly distributed in the Universe. They are arrayed in filamentary structures and massive concentrations of
galaxies, which we call clusters of galaxies, are often located at crossroads of filaments. Galaxy properties such as colors and morphology are strongly dependent on where galaxies live - isolated galaxies are typically blue late-type galaxies, while galaxies in clusters are red early-type galaxies. This environmental dependence of galaxy properties suggests that the galaxy
evolution is strongly dependent on environment.

I have carried out imaging and spectroscopic observations of several high-z galaxy clusters and their surroundings. I will discuss the environment-dependent galaxy evolution at 0<z<2 based on these observations. The aim of the talk is to give you an idea of my recent studies (i.e., I will not go into details of my work).
