Title: | Muonic Forces from the Early Universe to the Laboratory |
Date (JST): | Mon, Apr 15, 2019, 11:00 - 12:00 |
Place: | Seminar Room A |
Abstract: | In this talk, I will discuss a broad range of connections between muon-philic forces, neutrinos, and dark matter. Such forces (e.g. gauged L_\mu - L_\tau) can affect the expansion rate of the early universe, the cosmological evolution of neutrinos, and mediate dark matter freeze out in predictive, testable models. I will find that a small set of existing and future accelerator based experiments can probe broad regions of parameter space of interest for these phenomena. |
