Abstract: | The history of cosmic structure formation is a key prediction of the current LambdaCDM standard model of cosmology. Unfortunately we can only probe the early Universe in simulations sufficiently, as observations at redshifts z>2 become sparse and incomplete. In this talk I will present constrained simulations of high redshift galaxy surveys down to z=0, and thus how we can statistically predict the fate of so-called galaxy protoclusters including the correct environment. |
