Abstract:	The year 2022 marks the 50th anniversary of the death of Dutch artist M.C. Escher. The speaker will present various activities fascinated by Escher's tessellated works. Tessellations are the subject of mathematical studies of Kleinian groups and dynamical systems, but they also appear in various fields of science and recreational mathematics. The speakers will present their applications to puzzles and games for educational use and scientific outreach. Audience may find themselves collaborating with the speaker in their area of expertise.
