Abstract: |
Current and near-term experiments are probing the small scale cosmic microwave background (CMB), where "secondary" late Universe effects dominate over the information from the "primary" anisotropies that were imprinted at the release of the CMB. These CMB secondaries, in particular CMB lensing and the Sunyaev--Zeldovich effect, turn the CMB into a late-Universe probe. I will talk about using these effects, especially in cross-correlation with each other and other large scale structure probes, to constrain both fundamental physics and astrophysics. |
