I will discuss non-invertible coupling selection rules in particle physics. Although coupling selection rules due to group theory are usually used, I will explain non-group theoretical ones. Some examples from string compactification will be shown. We focus on Z2 gauging of ZN symmetries. I will show Yukawa textures derived from Z2 gauging. Further implications and other selection rules will be discussed. |
