| Title: | Crossing symmetric dispersion relations in field theory |

| Abstract: | We obtain a new kind of parametric crossing symmetric dispersion relations for four-point scattering amplitudes in QFT and string theory. Using these dispersion relations we can express tree-level string amplitudes in manifestly crossing symmetric form which have large domain of convergence. We show how these dispersive representations can be used in the S-matrix bootstrap analysis. In the later part of the talk, I will mention the possibilities of extending the dispersion relations beyond four-point amplitudes. |
