(Part 1) In the first part, I will give an introductory talk on recent developments for compact Calabi-Yau manifold. (Part II) In the second part, I will talk about the new method, the direct integration of period, which is proposed recently. I will also discuss concrete application of this method to new class of compact Calabi-Yaus, so called Pfaffians. |
