We characterize the nature of low-luminosity AGNs with star formation rates of the host galaxies, black hole masses, and accretion rates. For our purpose, we develop a new method to identify AGNs using Oxygen lines. The method is fairly sensitive to low-luminosity AGNs and it allows us to subtract emission line fluxes due to star formation and extract the pure AGN fluxes, which is crucial to characterize AGN activities. We show a positive correlation between the black hole growth rate and host galaxy growth rate, which may provide a physical link between the down-sizing in galaxy star formation and the down-sizing in AGN activities.
