Abstract: |
The discrete gauge symmetry baryon triality has been widely discussed in the literature as an alternative to R-parity in supersymmetric models. Baryon triality has the interesting feature that neutrino masses are naturally generated through lepton-number violating terms while the proton is still stable. In our model, the lepton-number violating sector is completely determined by neutrino oscillation data. This enables us to perform detailed collider studies and derive bounds on the supersymmetry breaking parameter space arising from the LHC at sqrt(s)=7 TeV. |
