I am an observational astronomer studying the cosmic ecosystem of the early Universe. Using state-of-the-art facilities such as ALMA and JWST, I investigate the connection between galaxies and their surrounding environments, particularly the intergalactic and circumgalactic media (IGM/CGM). My research aims to understand how the baryon cycle regulates galaxy formation across cosmic time.
I am also interested in the infant Universe, especially galaxies at z>8, which provide a unique window into the onset of galaxy assembly, the build-up of metals and dust, and the role of galaxies in cosmic reionization. After joining IPMU, I will contribute to Prime Focus Spectrograph (PFS) observations.
