My research subject is representation theory of algebras. The main goal of representation theory is to understand the structure of various categories (primarily the category of modules) attached to a ring (like a finite dimensional algebra over a field or a commutative Cohen-Macaulay ring). I particularly like triangulated categories such as derived categories, singularity categories, and cluster categories, and I am studying them through their enhancements by differential graded categories.
