I conduct research on science, technology, and society from the perspective of my expertise in psychiatry and social medicine. My current research theme focuses on the ethical, legal, and social issues (ELSI) surrounding the introduction of AI medical devices in the field of psychiatry. Furthermore, I believe that enhancing science communication and increasing public interest in science are crucial for deepening discussions on the ELSI of cutting-edge technologies. To this end, I founded the academic journal ‘Globe, Universe, Next future, Discussions And Mentions’ and serve as its Editor-in-Chief.
