I study the connection between galaxy formation and large-scale structures in the Universe. My work focuses on filamentary structures, from small-scale filaments influencing galaxy evolution to the larger structures that form the backbone of the cosmic web. I use advanced numerical simulations to develop theoretical predictions which I test with observations.
