Jun'ichi Yokoyama aims to comprehensively elucidate the history of the universe from its creation to the present by combining a top-down approach that clarifies the creation of the universe and various phenomena in the early universe based on fundamental physics theories such as general relativity, quantum field theory, and particle physics, with a bottom-up approach that calculates the evolution of the universe backward starting from observational data.
