My work lies at the intersection of particle physics and cosmology, focusing on how physics beyond the Standard Model can address key cosmological puzzles, particularly those related to dark matter and neutrino physics, and how such new physics can be probed. In particular, a central aspect of my research has been to improve our understanding of nonequilibrium processes in the early universe using first-principles methods of nonequilibrium QFT.
So far, I have studied topics such as low-scale leptogenesis, neutrino decoupling, gravitational-wave production from thermally equilibrated hidden sectors and dark matter production during reheating.
