My fundamental interest lies in understanding the mathematical structures underlying physical phenomena. In particular, I am interested in both the physical and mathematical aspects of quantum information theory, as well as in using its concepts and tools to characterize general quantum systems, including qubit systems, quantum fields, and holographic systems. In my previous work, I have studied holography, particularly the AdS/CFT correspondence, using ideas from quantum information theory and mathematics, especially graph theory and operator algebras.

My current research focuses on quantum resource theories and their mathematical foundations, particularly from the perspectives of operator algebras and cohomology. More specifically, my research is organized around three fundamental questions. First, what are the properties of quantum resources, including entanglement, and how can they be classified? Second, how can quantum states and quantum phases be characterized in terms of quantum resources? Third, how can quantum dynamics and quantum information processing be characterized in terms of quantum resources?
